I am handicapped. I have MS.
However, that doesn’t stop me
from getting and enjoying good
meals. I get those meals from
Valley Home Meals.
There is a good selection and
the service is friendly. Each
meal states the time for the
microwave time which is helpful.
I think your operation is the
best on Vancouver Island.
Congratulations Debbie to you
and your staff. Keep up the
good work!

Dear Valley Home Meals;
I wanted to tell you how much my
son and I enjoy your great
meals. I have been ill for a
while and am still not back up
to par, and it is such a relief
to know that we will still be
getting the proper nutrition and
really enjoy our dinners because
of your service. Without your
help, we would be forced to eat
the frozen food from a grocery
store, filled with preservatives
and no where near as delicious!

the delicious meals. I
especially like the lasagna, and
roast dinners. The carrot cake
and fruit pies are also a
wonderful treat. I am disabled
and find cooking very difficult.
Especially trying to get in all

my meals a treat for me and I

Just a short note to thank you
for the wonderful service you
provide.... My Dad is 87 and
with a little help from people
like you, is fortunate enough to
remain in his own home. The
meals you provide are
nutritious, look appealing and
there is a wide variety to
choose from. And you deliver
right to his door (which is not
always easy)! You have also been
very accommodating with
substitutions - it is much
appreciated. I work full-time
and sometimes out of town on
business, and I never have to
worry about Dad not eating
properly - all he has to do is
heat them up.

Valley Home Meals
My Dad is in his 80's and had
very little experience or
interest in cooking but due to
my Mom's declining health he was
making a gallant effort to
prepare all their meals on his
own. He felt as if he never got
out of the kitchen so when he
heard about Valley Home Meals he
was immediately interested in
trying out their service. It was
so easy to choose from the menu
and he loves that the meals are
delivered to their door each
month. Now all he does is take a
meal from the freezer, pop it
into the microwave and dinner is
served. The meals are tasty and
varied and he especially likes
the break from having to prepare
a meal from scratch. It has been
such a help to him.
